These Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- This application is filed by the first defendant to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the written statement.

2.The applicant states that the factual and legal issues in the suit are complex and, therefore, it required extensive study before the written statement could be finalised.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application, sufficient cause is made out. Accordingly, the delay of 45 days in filing the written statement is condoned.

The Registry is directed to place a note with regard to service of suit summons on the third defendant, since there appears to be ambiguity with regard to the same. List on 16.06.2022.
