O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.07.2013 and take appropriate action in respect of the Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.

2. The said representation reveals that the petitioner has submitted the same to the first respondent with reference to the dispute relatable to Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church,

3. It is contended that the personal benefits of the employees are the issues raised in the said representation. However, the writ petition was filed in the year 2013 and the cause aroused for the filing of the present writ petition lost its relevance on account of efflux of time. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities, if any grievance exits as of now.

4. With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
