PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner that she belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's own sister K. Srimathi.

(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner that she belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's own sister K. Srimathi.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent has issued the community certificate to the petitioner.
