Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to consider the petitioner representation dated 24.11.2020 and pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to delete the entries in Patta No.728, situated at Manakadavu Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, to delete the newly added name of Chellamuthu Gounder the 3rd respondent herein.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to consider the petitioner representation dated 24.11.2020 and pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to delete the entries in Patta No.728, situated at Manakadavu Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, to delete the newly added name of Chellamuthu Gounder the 3rd respondent herein.

2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 07.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 07.05.2021.
