ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to retrieve petitioner's husband viz/. Ramamoorthy, , Male 55 years, S/o.Varatharajan and produce him before this Court and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu is no more. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
