This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners / 3rd proposed respondent as respondent 3 in Crl.O.P.No.9541 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.5555 and 5556 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the proposed respondent No.3, if the papers are otherwise in order.
