ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime Nos.272 of 1992 and 1539 of 1993 and that there is history sheet opened against the petitioner in H.S.No.1 of 1994 by the respondent police and the same is pending.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
