ORDER

Challenging the proceedings dated 10.06.2011 in and by which, the petitioner asked to pay a sum of Rs.90,96,030/- as per the proceedings of the District Audit Registrar dated 21.05.2011, the present petition has been filed.

2.A perusal of the order impugned dated 10.06.2011 would show that neither the petitioner has given any opportunity nor the order passed in the proceedings No. 292/2j1/2011, dated 21.05.2011 has been furnished. Thus, the order impugned is set aside. Consequently, the respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the proceedings dated 21.05.2011 along with the show cause notice, as to why the amount indicated therein shall not be recovered. on consideration of the reply given by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to pass an appropriate orders, within a period eight weeks.

3.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
