This petition is filed to amend "The Principal District Court, Thiruvallur"

instead of "Principal Sessions Judge Cum Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST Act, Chennai" in Crl.O.P.No.2466 of 2023 on the file of this court vide Order dated 06.02.2023.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the reasons, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in Order dated 06.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2644 of 2023 and issue fresh order copy.
