The prayer sought for in the present petition is for conducting the cultural program on 23.05.2018 in Sri Desathu Mariyamman Temple situated at Chinna Udayamuthoor Village, Matrapalli Post, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District. Apparently, the date for which the festival was scheduled is lapsed. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation fixing the fresh date for conducting the cultural programmes within 2 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such submission of representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose of the same within 2 days thereafter.

With the above-said observation, this petition is disposed of. 24.05.2018 asi/msr To The Inspector of Police, Tirupattur Taluk Police Station, Tirupattur T.K., Vellore District.
