Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 23.03.2022, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 30.03.2022. However, he would further submit that the order copy was made ready only on 31.03.2022 and thereby, the petitioner was unable to surrender before the Court concerned as ordered by this Court and he would seek for extension of time to surrender before the Court concerned.

2. In view of the above, the date of surrender is extended and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 13.04.2022 04.04.2022 rgi/ham Note: Issue order copy today (04.04.2022).
