This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12447 of 2023 viz., the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders''.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court, during the hearing dates.
