Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to release the land in S.F.No.50/2 measuring about 5.63 Acres of Muthannampalayam Village, in Tiruppur District which the petitioner got under the provisions of 8(2) (ii) and 47 (2) (b) of the Madras Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act 1963, from his control and possession in accordance with law, on basis of the petitioner's representation made to the third respondent on 07.11.2012 on merits within a time from after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
