2. Post the matter on 13.03.2020 immediately after motion list. In the meantime, the petitioner is permitted to approach the impleaded fourth respondent and make necessary application and the fourth respondent is also directed to consider the same and report before this Court, the outcome of such consideration on 13.03.2020.

For processing such application, the third respondent Hospital also shall help the petitioner with necessary details and particulars.
