O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 for collecting cess from the petitioner for his lorries to enter and operate within the limits of Walajapet Municipality.

2. The writ petition was instituted in the year 2013 by the petitioner / Transport. In view of further developments occurred in the matter of

collection of cess, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists. However, regarding cess this Court cannot issue any positive direction at this length of time. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the competent authorities.
