This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2022 and thereby restore the patta in the name of the petitioner in view of the order passed in W.P.No.17422 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021.

2. Heard Mr.G.Illamurugu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 17.04.2025, the respondents 2 and 3 were present before this Court. 2/4

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the proceedings of the third respondent dated 18.04.2025 and it is seen that patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner.
