Heard Mr. T.Elumalai, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 16.03.2021 made by the Petitioner to disburse the monetary benefits of the deceased husband of the Petitioner, but the Co-operative Society, where he had been employed, which would have to make the payments due, has not been made as party to the Writ Petition.

In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading all the necessary parties and he has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
