These applications have been filed to reopen the plaintiff side evidence and to recall P.W.1 to adduce additional on the side of the petitioner.

2. The applicants have sought to reopen the petitioner side evidence and recall P.W.1 for the purpose of adducing additional evidence.

3. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with these applications and taking note of the fact that the further evidence is required for effective adjudications, these applications are Ordered. The petitioner is also permitted to mark the additional documents, viz., the offer letter issued by the purchaser. The documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
