This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26780 of 2022 by order dated 04.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the final report has not been filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report has not been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
