The petitioner challenges the Show Cause Notice issued pursuant to his conviction in the Vachathi case. Pending the writ petition, the petitioner has expired on 05.01.2015 and the Show Cause Notice that was issued to him has also been withdrawn on 23.12.2015. The petitioner's family has also been paid family pension and other eligible dues. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated.
