Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety and extent the time to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the credit of the Registered Advocate Clerk Association, Vellore within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. STALIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24231 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
