Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide alternative sites to the petitioner under the Climate Adaptation in Vennar Sub-basin in Cauvery Delta Project (CAVSCDP) Scheme by the consideration of petitioner's representations dated 23.01.2021 and 04.02.2021.
