2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.361 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 in para 5[b] that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, E-4 Abiramapuram Police Station, Chennai.
