This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the widow to prosecute the writ petition further.

The petitioner is seeking claim for pensionary benefit to calculate one half of the services rendered by her late husband before his service was brought into regularization on 01.10.1984.

In view of the fact that the cause survives, this petition is allowed.
