O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed by the Court below that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.09 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police in Crl.M.P.No.61 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Kancheepuram District.

2.Heard Mr.M.P.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order. Hence, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P. No.61 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and thereafter as and when required.
