This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the accused to suspend the sentence imposed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in S.C.No.46 of 2019 dated 27.09.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the appeal.
