ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2902 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2902 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
