ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed upon this petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No..34633 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner

was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.34633 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 with a K.RAJASEKAR.,J gv condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". He would further submit that this petitioner is complying the said condition from the date of order till date without any excuse. Therefore, he seeks for necessary modification.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said condition regularly till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34633 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025, and thus the same is modified to that effect that this petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 20-02-2026 GV
