By order dated 30.09.2022, directions were issued with regard to the re-location of the movable assets of the company in liquidation to the premises described in paragraph 4(ii) of the said order. The Official Liquidator states that the said directions were complied with and that the movable assets of the company in liquidation were re-located to the said premises on 14.10.2022. He has also produced a communication from the liquidator of M/s.Lakshmi Apparels and Wovens Limited in this regard. The minutes of the proceedings of 14.10.2022 are enclosed with the said communication. The said minutes record that the movable assets have been stored in a portion of the premisses of Mr.N.Manikandan and that it is under lock and seal. It further records that the entire exercise was carried out in the presence of the liquidator of M/s.Lakshmi Apparels and Wovens Limited.
