ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent had illegally obtained patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation dated 28.07.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th

respondent and all other necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners representation, dated 28.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the 4th respondent, for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
