O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.41 of 2016 against the respondent for recovery of possession. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner has also filed an application in IA.No.77 of 2016 for attachment of immovable property. The aforesaid application has been adjourned from time to time for filing counter affidavit. Despite the time granted, the

respondent has not chosen to file counter affidavit. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the above application within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court, without going into merits of the case, is inclined to direct the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of the IA.No.77 of 2016 in OS.No.41 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
