This petition is filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the petition to restore the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2969 of 2021, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 28.06.2024. 2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Mr.S.Gopinathan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, has no serious objection for condoning the delay. Since the delay has been properly explained to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
