O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the civil dispute between petitioner and respondents No.3 and 4.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Chandra Mohan, a case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.189 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner by the second respondent. He would reiterate that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner. 3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.This Criminal Original Petition has been closed, accordingly.
