Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent informs the Court that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.03.2023 in W.P.No.5826 of 2020, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cuddalore has passed necessary proceedings dated 25.09.2024. The said statement is recorded. He had also circulated a copy of the said proceedings to the Court.
