Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of an endorsement by the respondent / contemnor vide proceedings dated 02.05.2016 made in C.No.A1/1737/2016.The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and placed on recorded. In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law.
