Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 20.06.2022.
2. Adverting to aforementioned earlier proceedings, learned counsel on record for petitioner in all the captioned 12 Arb.OPs sought permission/leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned Arb.OPs but in the light of earlier proceedings made a plea to preserve the rights of the petitioner to file and bring on Board multiple Arb.OPs with same or similar prayers predicated on the same cause of action. 3. In the light of the nature of the matter, facts and circumstances, more particularly the approach of the learned counsel, leave and liberty sought for are granted.

Captioned Arb OPs are disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner in the aforesaid manner i.e., rights of the petitioner to come up with Arb.OPs with same / similar prayers on the same cause of action.
