By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Petitioner claims the is a permanent resident of Door No.5/74, Big Street, Athanajcheri, Padappai - 601 301 and residing in the said address for the past four years and he applied for issuance of family card vide Application No.3714 dated 21.12.2012 and it was received by the respondent on 21.12.2012 itself and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent. Heard the submissions of Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent by enclosing the copy of the earlier application dated 21.12.2012 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order and the respondent on receipt of the same is directed to consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
