Respondents in both cases Prayer in W.P.No.6077 of 2019 Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in its F.No.A.21021/04/2012Admn.FSSAI, dated 14.01.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner under the services of the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India in the light of the clarification furnished by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide OM dated 10.03.2017 and in the light of the option exercised by the petitioner with all consequential and attendant benefits.
Prayer in W.P.No.6093 of 2019 Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to absorb the petitioner under the services of the Food Safety and
Standard Authority of India in the light of the clarification furnished by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide OM dated 10.03.2017 and in the light of the option exercised by the petitioner with all consequential and attendant benefits.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
