This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to substitute the 3rd respondent herein (M/s.Sreshta Sumanth Builders Private Ltd) in the place of the 2nd respondent, (Sumanth & Co) in the above O.A No.1079 of 2023, in C.S No.133 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. For filing counter affidavit in O.A No.1079 of 2023, post on 08.04.2024.
