ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petitioner is arrayed as A4 in a case of murder of one Anbalagan, who was found dead in the veranda of his house in a suspicious manner. The post mortem report indicated that he was strangulated to death. Since the deceased had intimacy with one Sibila, the first accused and second accused had murdered the deceased Anbalagan by strangulation. The investigation reveals that the first accused, wife of the deceased and the second accused, the father in law of the deceased had engaged one Senthil Kumar to hire murderers to murder Anbalagan and agreed to pay Rs.2,50,000/-. Accordingly, Senthil Kumar/A3 has engaged the petitioner/A4 and six associates.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner herein, who is hireling, had committed murder for money and release of this petitioner before the completion of investigation will tamper the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the objection raised by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
