Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the surety before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.25720 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
