ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to consider the representation of the petitioner and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the additional charge allowance for the petitioner, who is working as an additional charge Food Safety Officer.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would place the proceedings of the Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration dated 03.04.2024. As per the said proceedings, it is stated that the Food Safety Officers menioned in the enclosure to the said proceedings were already sanctioned with an additional charge allowance at the rate mentioned therein. For various periods, all the entitled officers have been sanctioned and the name of the petitioner finds place in the annexure.

3. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the said proceedings dated 03.04.2024. Recording the same, no further order

needs to be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
