This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.36 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.36 of 2021, after completing investigation, the first respondent police has filed a Closure Report as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice also served on the de facto complainant on 04.11.2022.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the quash petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
