Heard the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and the learned counsel appearing for the defendants and perused the pleadings.

Upon perusal of the pleadings and other materials on record, the following issues are framed for consideration:' (i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for partition in the suit property by metes and bounds?

(ii) What is the share the plaintiff is entitled to? (iii) Whether the suit is bad for non-joinder of plaintiff's father second wife Suseela?

(iv) To what other reliefs, the plaintiff is entitled to? Affidavit of documents and list of witnesses shall be filed within two weeks from today. Inspection of documents shall be done within a period of two weeks thereafter. Registry is directed to post the case before the learned Additional Master-III for recording evidence on 280.11.2016. Proof affidavit of P.W.1 by then. Both parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Additional Master-III for recording

evidence and the learned Additional Master-III is directed to complete the process of recording evidence within a period of twelve weeks thereafter and list the case before this Court for arguments. 08.11.2016 (1/2) srn
