ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 23.04.2014 made in W.P.No.11562of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the

order in the writ petition has been complied with by the 2nd respondent and the petitioner's son [Mr.S.Parthasarathy] has been given employment assistance on compassionate ground as Office Assistant. He has also produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2240/2009/A4 dated 18.01.2016.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
