The defendants 7 and 8 have filed this application seeking to delete them from the array of party defendants in the suit. 2.Learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff on instructions has stated no objection for allowing this application.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. 4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the defendants 7 and 8 are removed from the array of party defendants in the suit. 5.Learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order.
