The impleading petition is filed to implead the Assistant General Manager of the Cuddalore District Central Co-operative Bank. 2.

The counter affidavit was filed by the first respondent wherein it is stated that Assistant General Manager of the Cuddalore District Central Cooperative Bank is not legally authorised to represent the case. The only person competent to defend or represent is the Managing Director of the Bank under Rule 146 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988. 3.
