ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The representation of the petitioner dated 4.7.2016 qua the obstruction of pathway leading to the temple in Survey No.640/2c6 at Kizhkuppam Village, Udaiyamuthur Post, Thirupattur Taluk, Vellore District, by private respondents 3 to 5 remains unaddressed. It is also stated that there is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decree passed in favour of the petitioner, but despite that the obstructions are continuing.

2. The Tahsildar/second respondent to examine the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned and complete the proceedings within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.
