2. This Court vide order dated 08.03.2023, in W.P.No.7818/2023, has directed the respondents 4 and 5 to initiate proceedings, against the respondents 7 to 14, if there is any unauthorized construction in the building, found on inspection.

3. The 5th respondent has filed affidavit stating that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 08.03.2023 in W.P.No.7818/2023, the builder has filed W.P.No.14954/2023, wherein, this Court has passed status-quo order on 10.05.2023, for a period of four weeks. After lapse of four weeks period, the other residents in the Apartment of the property in question, requested additional time to restore or alter the property and hence, demolition process get delayed. Therefore, he seeks further time to execute the order passed by this Court.

4. The affidavit filed by the 5th respondent is recorded.

5. In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed and it is for the petitioner to agitate the dispute by filing contempt petition. (D.K.K., J.) (P.D.B., J.) mst 22.06.2023
