This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to nominate a competent police officer to conduct further investigation in respect of Crime No.3 of 2018, on the file of 2nd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint as against the petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2018 has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and also filed a closure report in RC.No.4 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi, on 19.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
